The seem to be putting all kinds of small pieces of wood here and there, probably to prepare for the drywall.
Here they are putting small pieces of plywood to match other areas that are sheer walls where they will be fastening the drywall to entire walls of plywood rather than just the joists.
They are also creating areas where they can fasten the drywall for the ceilings.
They also removed the old wall above the stairwell door. I guess they wanted to reframe it.
Finally, we find that it's nice that the foreman leaves his notes laying around. We take this opportunity to see what is happening next. Today, it seems to be a list of doors that he needs.
