At least for now, this is the last of the windows . . . unless we decide to add another one somewhere.
This is the office window.
This is Kira's room's (yeah, she knows that's what we have decided) window from the outside.
There is a big bolt sticking out of the wall.
Took me a few seconds before I remembered that a deck is supposed to go up at some point.
They have also started to clear the way for the door at the bottom of the stairs.
It's the right height for hobbits right now but I don't think it will stay that way.
That is going to be a really noisy day as they have to cut away a significant piece of concrete probably about 5"x36". Not sure if they are going to saw or jackhammer. I pity any neighbors home during that day. I'm going to keep away. Far away.
