Another Step (Or Two) Closer

Day 49

A few more forms went up today.  You can kinda see where there are going to be steps on the patio.

Then they put more gravel under where the new bathroom will be.

Remember that big pile of gravel on the road in front of the house? That was one of two piles.  But here's what's left of it.

Having lived through two house extensions/renovations growing up, I miss walking around the construction site.  I also kinda miss the labor.  I guess a couple decades will put a rose colored hue on weeks of painting that my friend Shaun and I did on the old house in Waialae Iki.
